Shipping is always handled through US Postal Service to save you money & ensure that you get speedy service. In my years of shipping experience, USPS has been a very reliable shipping company and I trust them with my packages. I ship domestic orders via First Class mail or via Priority mail depending on the size of your package.
International shipping is available world wide via USPS Priority Mail only. This is able to be tracked. International shipping can take anywhere from a week to a month. Please be patient when ordering internationally, we are at the mercy of the shipping companies.
Order Changes/Cancellation Policy
Due to the fast processing that we provide, order cancellations or changes are generally not possible. Items are generally shipped the same day as orders are placed or within one business day. If you have not yet received a shipping notice, please email me and I will try my best to correct any errors if they are made with your order.
Payment can be made via any major Credit Card (processed through Paypal), Paypal, or Money Order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for check/money order processing. Orders are NOT shipped until payments clear.
In the case of a lost of damaged order, you will receive a full refund or reshipment for all items lost or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately and we will provide a replacement. Our stamps are made in adorable and classic designs from the highest quality photopolymer available, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on any new and unopened products within 30days. Please contact us at email@example.com
Quality Stamp Guarantee:
If your new stamps arrive and have any damage or defects (i.e. they rip when you pull them off the acetate sheet, they don't stamp beautifully, or there is any sort of problem with a stamp) we will replace it for you no questions asked. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 Days of purchase, and we will take care of you.

If for some reason you do not hear back within a couple of business days, please resend because that means we have not received your email. We pride ourselves with great customer service and we answer EVERY email.

All personal information is processed via SSL which provides the best possible security on the internet. Due to the nature of the internet, no internet security is 100% foolproof. If you have concerns with internet security, I would love to take your order via phone. SP and Company only collects personal information in order to process payments and provide wonderful products. Credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net and via Paypal depending on what option you choose at checkout. We never give, trade, or sell customer's information and regard it with the utmost security. Customer's personal information may be stored digitally via SP and Company, but no records are stored physically.
